Our Process

Building homes means more than walls, concrete, plumbing and fixtures. It means helping someone build their dreams and crafting a place that they will create lifelong memories. Spaces are such a personal part of our lives, and we honor that with every nail and every minute put into the houses we build.

Construction

We start construction by clearing out the lot and excavating. Then we’ll pour the foundation. Once that’s complete, we begin by framing the new building and installing plumbing, electrical and HVAC. From there, we insulate and complete the drywall and interior textures.

We finish the trim inside, install exterior driveways and walkways. Then, we install flooring and countertops. We’ll finish trims, install fixtures, mirrors, shower doors, finish the flooring and finish the landscaping outside.

Planning

During the planning phase, we’ll make sure we understand your vision completely. We’ll go over the big elements and small details that will come together to create the space you’re envisioning. We’ll make sure you have the most accurate depiction of the time, cost and labor associated with completing your project. Deciding on the land happens during this stage, too. If you don’t have land for your project already, Pacillo can supply it! Once we work out the details and have an agreement that everyone is on board with, we sign the contract and get to work!

Final Walkthrough

This is the stage where we walk through everything with you and show you the final product of your vision. Here, you can explore your dream space and see that it was built exactly as you had pictured it.
