A Message From The Founder, Tom Pacillo

For Tom, building homes means more than walls, concrete, plumbing and fixtures. It means helping someone build their dreams and crafting a place that they will create lifelong memories. Spaces are such a personal part of our lives, and Tom honors that with every nail and every minute he puts into the houses he builds.

“What we put out there is what I would want for myself,” he explains. In creating spaces that our customers will enjoy with their families for years to come, oftentimes, Tom and his team bond with their customers through constant communication and daily interactions about the project. This part of his work has become the most gratifying for him. 

“I go from seeing the homeowners daily as we’re building to creating a relationship with them to seeing them later years down the road and they’re enjoying that house with their whole family, inviting their children and grandchildren to that home,” says Tom.

Tom pours his heart into the spaces he creates. He believes in only putting out into the world homes and commercial properties that he would want to own himself. To Tom, it’s not just walls and fixtures, it’s very personal.
